What to include

Your name, a brief outline of your enquiry and how you would like me to reply.

I read and reply to enquiries myself. Appointments are arranged after we discuss availability.

For urgent help, use the crisis support contacts.

Frequently asked questions

What should I include in an appointment enquiry?

Include your name, how you would like me to reply, preferred appointment times and whether you want online, telephone or in-person sessions. A brief description is enough for an initial enquiry.

Should I send my full history in an enquiry?

Keep your initial message brief. We can discuss personal details in the appropriate setting after making contact.

Can I use the contact page to book an welcome call?

Yes. Choose the free welcome call button to open the calendar and select an available time.

How can I contact you about an existing appointment?

Use the contact details in your working agreement or the email and phone details on the contact page. The agreed cancellation terms apply.

Can I use an enquiry message for urgent mental health help?

This practice does not provide an urgent response service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. The Suicide First Aid page lists further urgent support.
