There is one consulting room, and it is in Southport. Everywhere else in the UK, I work by secure video or telephone.

Both are the same work and the same fee. Pick whichever fits where you are.

Where is your in-person consulting room?

My consulting room is in Southport. The other locations listed describe areas served remotely or places clients may travel from.

Do you have a consulting room in every listed location?

No. Southport is the only in-person location. Please check the relevant location page for how appointments are offered.

Can I have remote counselling elsewhere in the UK?

Yes. Online and telephone appointments are available across the UK, subject to suitability and availability.

When will I receive the appointment address or joining details?

We confirm the arrangements when agreeing your appointment. Ask if you need location or access information before deciding to book.

Can I change between remote and in-person appointments?

We can discuss a change of format, subject to suitability and availability. The booking and cancellation terms still apply.
